Hey, he may be right.
When K-Mart had his surgery it took about a year or two to get back into form. T-Mac may be going through the same thing.

It may be like 2008 or 2009 Mcgrady athletic ability wise. which id take. We all know he wont be Orlando or even early Houston Tmac. but id take 08 Tmac all day.

Last season he threw down some good dunks and he was looking like a pretty good player. He can still score in bunches, his passing looked damn good and his smarts were there. He could help a contender as a 6th man for sure.
