Since 2000?
Shaq - 2000, 2002
Duncan - 2003, 2005 (The people putting Manu above him or as arguable, are blanking out on basketball being played on both ends.)
Kobe - 2009
LeBron - 2012, 2013, 2014 (Heard TLP say that Durant may have been better. At scoring maybe, but he didn't play-make, pass, rebound, defend, or draw as much attention from the defense as LeBron did. It isn't really arguable.)

Pau and Kobe were basically even in that Utah series
But Pau was the best player in the 1st round against OKC.
Agreed with 09. Kobe had a brilliant Playoff run. Not 2010 (in terms of best player in each series; it was still obviously a brilliant run)

Durant's 2012 Finals was nothing but empty stats. Couldn't help the Thunder frontcourt not get dominated on the glass by Bosh. Couldn't stop LeBron in the paint.
He had 0 impact, yet people always blame Westbrook, just because Durant's scoring stats were still good.

Re: Titles Where One Player Was the Best in Every Series?
I'm a huge Manu fan and I'd still take Duncan in 05 over him. Manu was even better in the first around against Denver than in the Finals imo. Finals are just more memorable and a bigger stage. Talking about the Spurs without talking about Duncan's defense is like talking about the mid-2000s phoenix Suns high octane offense without mentioning Nash's amazing skills on that end. Even on offense, TD did average 27 ppg / 14 rpg while nearly sweeping the #1 seeded Suns. I'd take 05 TD over prime Amare easily.

Um, who had a better series' than LeBron in 2013?
I don't see anyone outplaying LeBron over an ENTIRE series from 2012-2014..... Sure, Kawhi was right there with him from game's 3-5, but in game's 1 and 2 he scored NINE POINTS EACH, non factor.... Imagine if LeBron did that.
- And yeah, Kobe was not the best player in the 2010 OKC series... Even the finals were close.

Lmfao at you condescendingly calling him "son" when you you think A) Jordan wasn't the best player in the 93 finals, and/or B) Kemp was in the 93 finals.
And it's clearly not just a typing error on your part, you mention that year twice.

For real. The saddest part about this is that it's not even the first time something like this has happened. The amount of times this dude has said next-level retarded shit that completely exposes his knowledge of the game, leading to him being eviscerated by posters who actually know what they're talking about...and he still parades around with his awkward self-important shtick...straight up comedy act

So what do you think it is, I believe Kemp played for the 1993 Phoenix Suns?
Sure
