The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports: Hawks forward Paul Millsap remained 13th and center Al Horford jumped to 14th among frontcourt players in the second NBA All-Star voting results released by the league Thursday. Millsap, who was named a reserve for the Eastern Conference in his first season with the Hawks last year, has received 34,751 votes. Horford, a two-time All-Star, debuted with 33.421 votes.
