IDK man. We're gonna have to overpay him in a few years anyway, seeing that he apparently wants the max. He has to improve offensively...

I was so hoping FO would pull the trigger for Love, but apparently Kerr and West want to keep Klay

Klay is good and Love is about to be a free agent...

    He's not getting the Max.

Lets be real here though, Klay's solid but he's overrated offensively. Steph shot 47% ( ) to Klay's 44%, and here are the breakdowns on how many of their shots were assisted:

    At the rim

    Steph - 26.9%
    Klay - 69.5%

    3 to <10 feet

    Steph - 10.5%
    Klay - 37.0%

    10 to <16 feet

    Steph - 17.5%
    Klay - 47.3%

    16 feet to <3-point

    Steph - 16.9%
    Klay - 73.0%

    3 point

    Steph - 45.6%
    Klay - 94.6%

If the FO is really hesitant because they don't want to give up Klay for Love Love's an infinitely better offensive player...don't get me wrong, Klay's a great defender and a solid offensive player, but playing next to Steph Curry will obviously inflate your efficiency...imagine the looks Steph and Love would be able to get each other

Rumor is that Klay's gonna seek a max deal with us though Is he worth that?

If Melo, love and Gasol all went to Miami, would it be the most epic pile on on all time?

Rumors are just that rumors. Unless he takes a jump next season. Nobody will pay him the max.

Like I said, why give up Klay for a 1 year rental of Love?

    Eh, idk man.

If we win 50+ games, make the playoffs, and (hopefully) make the second round at least, I'm pretty sure Love would be down to re-sign. Great defensive team that can mask his defense (playing next to Bogut), with what seems to be a pretty solid coaching staff

I don't think people get how important Klay is to GSW's chemistry.
