They are the ones responsible for putting the refs in the spotlight therefore they are fair game for criticism if they don't do their job. He then cited JVG trying to make sense of what took place and the camera angles catching everything and said there's no excuse for this.

No one wants to watch this and you're cheating Boston/fans/competition/ by allowing this to happen.

That same exact line is said about literally ever ref in the NBA, you need someone to ref these games.

It needs to happen. Refs have way to much power in changing the way a game is played. They can literally shift the momentum and give one team the advantage. What can realistically be done about the refs though? They have been a problem for years.
