Default LeBron's first 3 years against other High School Stars

    LeBron's first 3 years

    21/6/5

    27/7/7

    31/7/6

    Kobe Garnett Dwight T-Mac

    7/1/1 10/6/2 12/10/1 7/4/2

    15/3/3 17/8/3 16/12/1 9/6/2

    20/5/4 19/10/4 18/12/2 15/6/3

I found this slightly alarming, why did LeBron have so much more success in his early years than the other HS stars. The other guys needed 4-5 years to be NBA good, while LeBron was putting up numbers since he was 18 years old

LeBron wasnt blessed with Garnett's freakish length and guard quickness, he didnt have Dwight's muscles and athleticism, and he didnt have the dexterity and body control of T-Mac and Kobe

So how exactly was LeBron so dominant from HS?

[QUOTE]In Chamberlain's third and final Overbrook season, he continued his high scoring, once logging 74, 78 and 90 points in three consecutive games.[21] The Panthers won the Public League a third time, beating West Philadelphia 78

Rule changes. Weak conference. Non-competitive era.

He's the best player in NBA history to come out of high school and had a pretty decent physique that made the physical transition easier. I'm certainly not a stan but I have no problem admitting it. He's a great player, we probably won't see anyone that young that good for a while.

You named yourself after Dirk fukkboy.
If you aren't a fan of Dirk then you are clearly a fan of a player or team that King James has owned on a regular basis. Your bitterness tastes so sweet!

No I mean the difference is glaring, i'm comparing LeBron to other HOF'ers here, and LeBron is still making them look like scrubs

While the others averaged 7-10 points in their first season, LeBron was already getting 21/6/5

When the others were getting 15 points a game, lebron was already a 31/7/6 beast, numbers the prime versions of the other HOF high schoolers couldnt sniff.

    Its actually a significant difference

    He wasn't playing in the weak-ass '60's.
