Sources: Lakers planning individual workouts to evaluate centers Joakim Noah, Dwight Howard and Mo Speights this week in Los Angeles. Another consideration currently overseas: Marcin Gortat. Lakers want a window into physical condition and mindset of a potential addition.

Noah has the best mindset of the guys... the dude is relentlessly competitive and his provides the best all around game: IQ, passing, rebounding, etc. Dwight still like to camp down low and just wait to get fed easy baskets and can defend, huge headache though. Speights is a C who can shoot but not defend and has also had experience with Frank Vogel (who is a huge fan).
