Millsap is a way better shooter from everywhere, 3pt, FT, mid-range

He's much more dangerous off the dribble. Bam really only makes great passes off the short roll in the pickandroll game with Jimmy. Millsap could create on his own

They're both very versatile defensively but Bam is more of a rim protector and better on the glass
