Who is the best player on the Lakers?
This is a legitimate question these days whether people specifically Kobe fans want to believe or not.
Who do you guys honestly think is the best player on the Lakers?
For me, I would honestly say Andrew Bynum is the best player on the Lakers. As much as I love and respect Kobe, his time is done and he is no longer the best player in the league nor is he even the best player on his own team anymore.
Bynum is practically better than Kobe at like everything these days. The only real advantage I would give Kobe is that he is the better passer/playmaker and can handle double teams better. Kobe is an inconsistent and inefficient scorer these days while Bynum is the opposite. Bynum is incredibly consistent and incredibly efficient with his scoring.

Re: Who is the best player on the Lakers?
Bynum or Kobe.
Kobe had a streak of 30 point games, 40's this season, hes been efficient and inefficient.
Bynum is emerging...Has emerged. Picking up where he left off before that 2008 injury

We have to wait and see what Bynum can do in the postseason.

Re: Who is the best player on the Lakers?
Lakers future is bright. Obviously I would say Kobe but Gasol & Bynum are great players and Session just adds something great to the team. Mitch gets a shout out too.....

Anyone that honestly thinks its Kobe Bryant knows NOTHING about basketball.
It isn't even close, Bynum controls the paint defensively and when given the ball in the post there is noone that can stop him. He gets much better looks at the basket compared to Kobe. Kobe lives off of tough shots these days and though he can make them sometimes it is not going to be consistant aside from his hot streaks. He doesn't get enough easy points for him to be a superstar anymore. He is just a shot chucker at this stage and a slow unathletic Allen Iverson. Defensively Kobe has fallen big time, while Bynum is impossible to post up and his length ****s up anyone that tries penetrating.
Bynums weaknesses are durability and the ability to handle double teams. Thus far he has been healthy all year. He still needs to handle double teams better, but, it is enough to overlook for him in favor of Kobe who is incredibly inefficient and really just costs his team possessions with all of his retarded shots rather than let go of his ego and give the ball to the superior players on his team that live in the post.
When healthy Bynum is EASILY better than Kobe. It isn't even debatable unless your a Kobe nutrider or someone who takes everything ESPN forces down their throats as fact.
