Thumbs down Russell Westbrook was the best PG in the playoffs, but yet...

Chris Paul goes into next season with the "best PG in the league" title.

How many years is this going to happen? Best playoff PG by year:

    2011: Rose
    2012: Westbrook/Rondo
    2013: Curry/Parker
    2014: Westbrook

Yet each year we go into the season having to hear "Chris Paul is the best PG in the league...." over and over again...

Someone explain this to me. I've never seen a guy highly viewed as the 3rd best player in the league get this long of a leash and this big of a free pass before.

He's tied for the second best player in the league, IMO.

I would put Lebron and Durant as 1 and 2 obviously and then my number 3 would be up for grabs...with Westbrook and Paul in the running.

This n!gga is obssessed with Lebron and CP3 lmao.

Saying a PG who averaged 19/11 in the regular season and 20/10 in the playoffs is the best PG isn't ridiculous.

And how was Rose the best PG in the 2011 playoffs? Did you not see how Paul dominated the Lakers?

Stop hating and dickriding, it looks pathetic.

People who say Chris Paul is the best point guard in the league are just sheep. no need to concern ourselves with their regurgitated opinions.

Chris Paul, like clockwork, gets a pass. At this point it's pretty hilarious honestly.

I agree with this as well. I've noticed most of the people that still believe him to be the best PG are typically the "ESPN" crowd. You know, the same people who, for the next 3 years, will keep saying "LeBron James is the best player on the planet" regardless of if he is or isn't.

LeBron is clearly still the best player on the planet. Westbrook does have a solid case for 2nd best in the league, at least in the playoffs.
