Sick dunk, but in regards to "mano e mano," Ibaka had just landed from trying to block someone elses shot and had to spring right up to block DJ's.

Looks like he was in good defensive position

Re: Deandre Jordan puts Ibaka to sleep
And also, one thing I noticed about Jordan that game, on defense, is that he almost never attempts to contest the shot of someone his own size.
Steven Adams, Serge Ibaka, and Kevin Durant all got easy dunks at the rim because Jordan refused to slide over for help, probably in fear of getting dunked on.

Here is the video, he had less than one second after coming down to jump up and contest Jordan's shot.

This is true. Ibaka jumped like 2 times before DJ got the ball.
Also DJ had a step on him and Ibaka was basically jumping flat off vert.
Still a good poster and I respect Ibaka for trying to block him

Calling an offensive foul on a dunk is weak. Just appreciate the posterization.

This. It was a sick dunk but he had just landed, I believe a couple of times, and was a little late on the jump in the first place. And then the off hand push didn't help him and DJ had already elevated.
Edit: oops, didn't see kendalls post.

I didn't see this, but this was an and 1 right? Ibaka had all kinds of arm action when he was going for that block.

Ibaka didn't cry about it, but the betas here on ish are severely butt hurt.
Ibaka is a beast tho, he turned around and DJ came in like a mack truck and he still jumped to defend it it. Props to both players.

No it wasn't. They actually fouled each other, Jordan used his off arm and Ibaka raked him across his arm. No call.

Ibaka was in the restricted zone. Short of murder Jordan can do just about whatever he wants.

Oh i see it now, he definitely pushed off with his off arm. To be honest I surprised they didn't call an offensive foul and do away with the dunk because now really paying attentin adn watching it...DJ pushed off like a mother ****er lol.
