Re: Youth Basketball Player Pulls Off The Greatest Flop In History
Look at how Lebron set an example for next generation of basketball players. Because they see it being done by NBA champion Lebron, they were entitled that it's right to do it too, to flop. Lebron is not a great example for kids. Back then kids were immitating MJ's fadeaways, dunks, lay-ups, tounge out; Allen Iverson's crossover, Kobe Bryant's fade away, now kids these days immitate Lebron's flopping. It's a shame what Lebron has done to these kids. Looks like the future of the NBA will be a bunch of floppers playing against each other.
Lebron is a bad example for children. Parents should ban children from watching Lebron play.

Taking a charge is a very old fundamental defensive move, with that being said it didnt start with Lebron (which he does very little of anyways, Battier/Haslem are the leaders in that on his team), neither did fadeaways, crossovers, dunks start with MJ/Kobe/Iverson (or anything they ever pulled, except for maybe Jordan's tongue).....
...and guys like Lebron (Magic, Bird, Oscar, Penny, Pippen, Grant Hill etc.) is actually what children should exactly immitate because they play the game the right way. Enough with that "Like Mike" selfish lets go out there ballhog/chuck/shotjack generation, that game is effective in basketball ONLY if you are that good/efficient.

it's easy for someone 3 and a half feet off the ground to throw themselves down that hard. he wont be doing that when he is fully grown at 5 foot 8.

Kids won't dig history to imitate someone. They turn on TV, watch the current popular basketball player, imitates them. That's how it works. Right now Lebron is the popular one and one of his signature move is his flopping.
Kids love to imitate what they see on TV.

What a stupid kid to flop like that. Somebody needs to teach him the right way to play and stop watching the NBA.
