He has a high release on his shot that negates a lot of his height disadvantage. He can come in a fill it up. If he hits a shot, let him at least touch the ball the next three posessions. On a good night, he'll have ten points in a hurry. He scores in bunches. He's a really nice guy to have off the bench.
I watched every game but the few that weren't televised and both on tv and in person he really is coming along. You can tell as his confidence in his own game and as he started to catch on to the nba game he did very well. some of his possible All-star talent showed when him and Banks were running the break. And it wasn't just his dunks or nice lay-ins. He really runs the court well and efficent. He is much more explosive than I expected.
Rashad is talented. His work ethic could be questioned, but when he's on his game, he's really good. He was great in the post at UNC, but his lack of height hurts him in the NBA. I'm worried about his microfracture surgery. I hope he fully recovers and doesn't become another Penny Hardaway.
