I just rewatched all the games today at work cause we had nothing to do and noticed Deron Williams getting blown by 80% of the time, he even got crossed 3 times BAD, one of the times was by Calderon where he even fell down. He can't get by anyone on offense and when he does he often gets his shot blocked, and his three pointers aren't falling at all. Is it the international game that is bothering him or is he just out of shape? Kyrie Irving should have been given his spot, they have westbrook and cp3 for the time being they should have brought someone young to get him ready for the future. Am I the only one that has noticed these things?

He got one game where he was lighting it up. It's pretty common that some players will struggle and they will have have their average below their usual stats. Williams is a streaky one, sometimes he need time to get his game doing. But with a team like that, not everyone will have that luxury. Beside its hard to play aggressive defense in international game, other guards flopped so much and stars like him will not get the calls regardless. Also a lot of picks and hard screens comes from the high post. They just gonna have to play through it. If Deron Williams is another team, he would have been the best player.
