It's not really a move considering the girl can't see what you are doing.

However something to consider though: In Chimpanzee society, a male (especially an alpha) might F another up if he catches them looking at him. Humans act a similar way sometimes... how would you feel if someone was just staring at you and not averting their glance? If it made you uncomfortable, then it's only polite to avert your attention female or male in my opinion. Not everyone reacts negatively to that though so who knows. I always just go off how I feel because I can't ever know what someone else is thinking, only assume based off signs.
