Default LeBron says to "throw it in the trash, when referring to tonight's game"

"Nothing we did good tonight, throw it in the trash. "

"It's gonna take time first 8 weeks we had chemistry now we had coach rotations and our rotations so now we have a few games back (uh) three games back. So we are doing it."

LeBrons quotes from after the game. It sounds like he is making excuses.

Chemistry is important, a underrated aspect of most any team sports. The Heat big three didn't click right away. They went 9-8 before going on a 12 game winning streak and they ended up going to the finals..

They have played now 25+ games without Irving and Shumpert and now they are coming in to take touches, it changes the gameplan and you have to adjust. Irving also, a polarizing player with who requires a lot of shots and touches, it will take time for him to come back to form but he doesn't seem to want to take the slow route, so he is going out with guns blazing and shooting averaging 20 shots per 36, and you expect it will take time before he hits his strides and starts going back to all star form.

The game against portland, well, GSW lost to Bucks, probably due to fatigue, 3 games in four days, during Christmas time.

Cavaliers should be good going forward. Chemistry, rest, and players gaining form after injuries. All very important things.

The only thing he throws is the ball into other teams hands. He knew this game was big and he choked as usual. He's done.
