    If he won the series he probably wouldn't regret it. "Sacrificing your body" is just an unintelligent thing to do. Unless a player is past their prime and it's their last shot to do something, playing on injuries just makes you worse in the future.

    He played in an era that was "live for the moment", not this watered down version of ball you see today.

    Agreed.

    I can't imagine someone in the 80s asking the coach to take them out of the game with 8 minutes left, down by 5, in a finals game due to no AC
