Interview Friday for board of ed!

Crazy how this happened. My coworker goes to college and has classes with a guy who she shares the same professor with. The professor works as the supervisor for the board of Ed. The guy who put her onto the opportunity. He refers my coworker, who referred me. Now, both her and I want to leave this job despite having an amazing director for many reasons.

She referred me to him, I sent my resume. I got an interview this Friday at a taco spot. Unfortunately, she didn't get hers yet despite putting me on. I just let her know and she didn't seem as happy about it because she knew first and she has classes with the professor.

Hopefully all goes well. The starting salary is $68k and I'll be a program coordinator overseeing teachers for suspension sites. I'll have the opportunity to get paid while schools out or opt into working for more money.

I can't believe this. I had food poison this past two days causing me to call out. I hope I'm fine by Friday. It's at 7:30pm!

Thanks bro. The interview was from 3-9. I made him nervous and actually ended up inspiring him. He says he interviewed over 100 people and I've done one of the best haha.

Well, he interviewed that many in his life time. He said based on my resume alone he was going to hire me. He told me he just wanted to interact with me and see how social I was since that was important to him most.

I interviewed actually on Saturday instead at a restaurant.

We both got so drunk. It was one of the best days I've had man.

Ah, right on. I figured I must be misunderstanding, obviously 100+ interviews for one position would probably be unheard of in any field.
