I remember a few years ago someone from the Raptors had the highest bench... forgot his name though. He has a twin brother playing in the NBa as well I think.

Chamberlain, Gilmore, and Shaq...in probably any order, although there were those that claimed that Wilt was benching over 500 lbs. Ben Wallace also reportedly had a 450 bench, but he was considerably shorter, with much shorter arms.

Kevin Durant is clearly the strongest person in the NBA.

He only weighs 230 pounds. Pound for ppound he might be the strongest, but no way would he overall be the strongest compared to alot of dudes who weigh near 300 pounds. No way is he stronger than Al Jefferson, Zaza Patchulia, Dwight Howard, Nikola Pekovic, or Kendrick Perkins. All those dudes can push a car or pull a truck or lift bigger stones than Joey Graham.
