If gender is a social construct and I it is normal to be a tranny, can I also be transracial, considering the race is a social construct too? I always felt I was a negroid.

this is a fun question. quite obviously you can be trans-racial and that has been a going 'rage' for some time now. the difference is that the sexual construct is historically dualistic. male or female. the racial construct is pluralistic. this or that or the other or _______. on top of this, various other identifications such as ethnicity and nationality have born heavily on the racial question. for an example of the phenomenon, see the phrase "African American".
