So how are they a 'weak team'?
Just because Bron is playing them? And every team Bron faces is automatically 'trash'?
The fact is Raptors have a top 4 record in the league, and can beat any team in the league in a best of 7 except maybe GSW and Cleveland.
All-Stars
GSW- 3
Raptors- 2
Spurs- 2
OKC- 2
Cavs- 1
Even from a talent perspective they stack up well with the other elite teams, they have all-stars on both backcourt positions.
Even if they were in the West,they would make the 3rd seed and would be playing GSW/OKC right now in the Conference Finals instead.
Would you call them a weak team then?

Given how the Raptors have played in these playoffs, the only team I would pick them to beat out West is Memphis.
