    Default Asian squat challenge

Ive had a lot of lower back pain my whole life. Cant touch my toes etc. Im fast can jump high and am strong for my size. However i just feel like my body is out of sync. Did some research and realize the azn squat is one of the natural body positions (others being sleeping and standing). Im going to try and sit in it for 30 mins a day for 30 days.

Anyone else down? Or have done this? I really want to improve my flexibility. Its embarassing that i have to.sit.like a mermaid if i.go to an azn.restaurant where people sit on the floor.

you're probably tall ie. lower back pain and can't touch your toes with poor flexibility. most tall people have those issues.

    stretching/flexibility can be worked tho.

never heard of azns squating or whatever the fukk that is tho. try Yoga.

My my Asian squat game is strong. Can't be beat. But seriously for your problems it sounds like you need some yoga in your life. Give it a shot, it's great.

Check it out with a Chiropractor. Since I've been going regularly my pain is nearly gone.

No, I'm not tall lol (like 5'8).

I think yoga etc is all good too....but this is a basic human position. I think it is the most natural and easiest way to get back some flexibility I've lost from a lifetime of sitting.

Surprised not more people are open to the thought of this.

This is unhealthy. You need to watch and balance your sodium and fiber levels more consistently and incorporate some form of lethal Japanese seafood in order to ascend to super yen-zen nazi saiyinjin.
