Is there a worse feeling in the world?
When your ex moves on and finds someone else and is happy and you're still single AF??
Or should you be happy for them? Or should you laugh it off and make fun of the other dude cause he has no idea what's in store for him??
What's the proper emotion here??

Yes, there is, my weedman just snubbed me. Mad AF on my way to getting hammered.

Re: Is there a worse feeling in the world?
There is no "proper emotion." What you feel is what you feel, if you are upset and force yourself to be happy for her then you are just lying to yourself and it's a useless response because you're still hurt no matter how you pretend to feel.
With that said, you would be better off if you moved on. Go on dates, try and find someone new. Dwelling on how hurt you are by her ability to move on will do you no good.

This is very true. However, remaining as friends on Facebook makes it hard to ignore the every day happenings in her life.
Deleting her from Facebook at this point would be too obvious.

Give it time.
For your particular situation... and I don't often advocate this...
but you may need a night out at the strip club.

You can mute her posting, can't you?
Good luck.

Man, I got this from AskMen.com. No truer words have ever been written...
The Return To Normalcy
It's not going to be easy. This stormy newsflash may be one of the toughest you'll ever weather, particularly if you cared about her. But equal parts perspective and time will ensure a successful bounce back.
Meanwhile, if your own prospects have been temporarily reduced to the quasi-attractive clerk at Blockbuster who now knows you by name, regret may start to sink in. But remember, the only reason she looks so good to you all of a sudden is because everything else looks so bad. If you were wandering the desert for a week without water, an oasis of vinegar might look pretty refreshing, but that's no excuse.
Remind yourself why you broke up in the first place: the constant nagging, the incalculable frequency of incoming phone calls and the fact that you spent the last four months of your relationship staring at any woman that wasn't her. That should be enough to reorient your focus.
If all else fails, join a gym. You'll be a lot harder to forget with a ridiculously fit physique.

Works for everyone.

someone who used to be a close friend is making a move on my ex. just like dude77 said, it's better to stay ignorant on these things but every once in a while i hear reports "i saw so and so with your ex at her parents house having dinner", etc.
it hurts just listening to that especially because i didn't solicit that type of news. but whatever, why allow other people to fvck up your life? it stings deep, but with time, everything gets better.

Appreciate it homie. However, I don't know what I'd do if a former friend of mine was ****ing around with an ex of mine. I may be making another trip to the pen for something like that.
