I'd give a slight edge to Manu because of his illustrious international career. Skills wise it's very close, with Manu having a slight edge on passing, defense and team play and Harden perhaps being a tad abler shooter.

Manu had an alpha spot in his national team and in Kinder with which he won the Euroleague and the Italian League. He can have an alpha spot in an NBA team although that team won't make past the first round playoffs with only him hero ball. Replace currend Harden with prime manu in Rockets though and you got a championship team.
