Kenny, I know you love Kobe but SERIOUSLY how TF does he not have a season above .469 in TWENTY YEARS? Even post season I think he literally has one time
wtf is that like 1/35

so you looked over the thread. saw kobe actually shot WAY better beyond 5 feet in 2010 than lebron did in 2013 ... and now you wanna shift the goal posts to regular season fg%

i already said you can have 04 and 08... kobe didn't win so you can't take anything away
and 2000 was an injured series. he made up for it with the game 4 and game 7 the series prior
he basically saved the title for shaq twice
and you have infinitely more time to waste simon. i actually have to maintain my finances/living arangements/meal preparations
you just have to worry about shitting in a bucket

what shooting guard that shot a large amount of 3's and contested shots had a fg% that was super high
even ray allen ( another high volume outside shooter ) who was considered a better pure shooter shot 45% fg's

Jordan for starters...Duh
Seasons above .469
Ray Allen: 4
Kobe: 0
And Ray took way more 3's..

jordan didn't shoot a "large amount of 3's and contested shots" though
so no
if he did then his point per shot would be way higher than kobes... but they're nearly identical. exactly the same up until his achilles rupture
and ray shot over .469 in 2001 as a low volume 2nd option
and 2009/10/11 as an EXTREMELY low volume 2nd option
kobe was a HIGH VOLUME 2nd option and an EXTREMELY HIGH volume 1st option
learn context and get back to me
and the point still remains that ray allen shot 45% career even with all those beneficial circumstances

Got it..
So,
MJ = 8
Ray = 4
Kobe = 0
Anything else, or?

managing bill payments, credit cards, insurance payments, car maintenance, shovelling every day, chipping ice, buying groceries, prepping meals, cleaning, laundry
all these things take time you know... i know your mommy and daddy do all of that for you and possibly even have to wipe you since you can't bend over while strapped to your motorized wheelchair. but you should shadow one of them some day and watch all that goes into taking care of responsibilities as an adult
its not just about clocking in and out at the box/glue/canned tuna factory

so you actually think jordan was a high volume 3 point shooter and ray allens 2nd option shots in the 4 rare seasons he shot over 46.9% were just as difficult as kobes 1st option role dropping 30
you'll never beat me. just give up

Re: What did Kobe shoot outside 5 feet in the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2010 Finals?
here's a perfect example of what i'm talking about
damian lillard is one of the best scorers/distance shooters/tough shot makers/volume scorers
he never shot over .450%
he shoots 37% threes for his career and has a 1.31 career point per shot ( also EXACTLY IDENTICAL to jordans )
the more you shoot contested shots outside the lower your fg% gets ... but its made up for by the increased output
