Lebron is not a one on one player? lol........

6'9"-260 with pointguard skills and ridicilous athleticism and at this point much better defense.... against a 6'6" old man.... kobe in his prime.. maybe.. but right now... no...

Try backing up your 3" inch shorter and skinnier brother/sister and you will see what i mean....

what Durant and what anybody says in favor of Kobe is out of RESPECT for Kobe.... even Lebron will say Kobe is the best in the league, always has..... everybody knows Lebron would destroy him... but its kindof disrespectful to stab such superstar veterans...

if u want a simulation of this matchup... then go and watch their games head to head from last season or the season before.... when they guard eachother and so on... Lebron does a much better job defending & scoring on Kobe than Kobe does defending & scoring on Lebron at this stage... so you know how that matchup would go...

Come On BRO ~ Have you ever played basketball?

LeBron with PG Skill set? LOL

I give you the benifit of the doubt that Durant did say out of "respect" Which is BS but do you really Fuccking Think Barnes will Pick Kobe and say He got his ass rape by the Mamba? Also Barnes dont give a shiiit if Kobe is in the same team he just knows for a FACT since he played against both players not like "Pauk" Who creates these imagination of LeBron just Owning everyone which we Witness it does not happen very often.

Kobe in his prime probably would beat Lebron 1v1.

But this is a team sport.

That will come in handy in a game of one on one

Who is he gonna play hot potato with when the game is on the line?

Lebron is not even on a superstar level in terms of 1-on-1 skills. He doesn't have an arsenal of moves that he could count on.

The other aspects of his game makes him a superstar. but clearly he is not the best player, though.

Most of the Clips you put on has nothing to do with 1vs1. Again LeBron does not have PG handles. Crossovers only show little aspect of Handles. LeBron can not dribble around the court like Nash and CP3 can without Picking up the ball. Thats a TRUE PG handles.

No Doubt his Size is deceiving but we are talking about 1vs1.
One on One SKILLS are much more of a threat then Size or Athleticism and Kobe has most important Skill in One vs One a dam Jumpshot where he can pull from anywhere on the court, on top of that he has Great handles with The Best Footwork in the game right now. LeBron can fill up stats in Team games with Rebounds and Assist but One vs One he is not gonna have others around him to assist him.

LeBron guarded Rose real well but that was in a Team game at the same time Rose does not carry the Skill set like Kobe does. Also Rose is a bad example because LeBron counters Rose just like Dwight counters LeBron.

Just go pick up a basketball and go play you might understand better that way instead of thinking this is 2k12 where LeBron just Leaps from anywhere and Dunk over everyone.

Kobe will never be able to blow by him, even if he does, Lebron will catch up and smash the ball... for Kobe offensively it will only be tough jumpshots, pumpfakes, spins, fadeaways from range where he shoots 45% and against a defender like Lebron, even less... and with no teammates to screen Lebron out, much less... this is the kindof shots Kobe will only be getting... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7z67RNMkKo and he wont hit 100% of those....

meanwhile Lebron will be able to get much higher percentage buckets, ragdolling him offensively, either backing him up or blowing by him... you are crazy if you think Lebron will not win a 1 on 1 matchup against Kobe... there wont be any 4 teammates either behind Kobe ready to dive in and take a charge....

LOL take a Charge. HAHAHAHAHHAA Who takes a Charge in 1vs1 or even Streetball.

Again its One vs One there is no Catch up and Smashing the ball from the back.

In America we do not play 1vs1 Full Court. We play Half Court Bra ~

ever heard of this somebody being drafted PG and being labeled as "The Next Magic Johnson"?

    http://www.nbadraft.net/players/lebron-james

ever heard of this somebody who has started/played PG much of his career and each time he did it he DOMINATED it?

ever heard of this somebody being the only point-forward in the NBA and one of the best point-forwards in NBA history? what is a point-forward... oh let me see... a forward with pointguard skills/duties or a point guard with forward size...

lmfao......... only a kobetard/lebron hater would say something so stupid... lebron has no PG handles? have you ever even seen lebron play? really?

what is "PG handles" to you anyways? being able to dribble like a AND1 mixtape speedy gonzales harlem globetrotter? in that case not even Magic Johnson had PG handles............ how did he do so great then? PG handles is not about how ridiciliously cool & quick you can do the dribbles.... its about ballcontrol / ballsecurity... being able to efficiently keep the ball alive wherever you go without losing the handle or turning it over and so on...
