Kawhi, Green, Butler, Duncan & Davis.... thats some tough competition for Lebron to pass when he was not so engaged defensively in the reg. season anyways....

Gary Payton, Walt Frazier, and Dennis Johnson are the only PG's with more defensive 1st team selections than CP3.
