When i started skiing hardly anyone bothered with a helmet. I've skied since the age of 5. Can ski most mountains comfortably and have worn a helmet maybe 3-4 times (it is shit). Never had an injury skiing in spite of this and love tree skiing as well.

Umm I also ski without helmet.. Almost no one uses it anyways. Its not like Im going full speed on 65-degree slope. Im about that class.

Is so hard to believe because as a race driver it's very dangerous and for Michael to escape the dangers of racing, only to be hurt so badly in a leisurely activity.

Only used it once or twice and I have to admit that it saved my life (although I would not probably go full retard without it).
