Default Who else has averaged 30/10 in the playoffs/Finals?

Apologies if this thread has already been done but just wondering what other players have averaged 30/10 for the duration of the postseason and/or the Finals?

I'm assuming Wilt has and if I had to guess I'd throw Oscar Robertson, Jerry West and Elgin Baylor out there too. Who else has accomplished these numbers?

players who have averaged at least 30.5 points and 9.7 boards in a postseason during the modern era:

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Shaquille O’Neal. Hakeem Olajuwon.

That’s it. That’s the list. Three of the all-time great centers.

As hard as it is to believe, those are James’ peers now, statistically. James entered the league as a PG/SG and nine years later he’s putting up numbers of Hall-of-Fame centers. Throw in the fact that James has also averaged five assists per game and the list of players who have averaged 30-10-5 during the playoffs in modern times shrinks to one. Just James.

People still cant use basketball reference?

http://www.basketball-reference.com/...t=&order_by=ws

kareem, baylor, wilt, lebron, shaq, hakeem, pettit, and oscar are the only players to have averaged 30 points per game, and 9.5 rebounds per game, with a minimum of 10 games played

the only players to have averaged 30 ppg, 9.5 rpg, and 5 apg are oscar and lebron

That is seriously impressive. Even Lebron's biggest detractors have to acknowledge that.

Wilt Chamberlain:
(playoffs) 1959-60 33.2 25.8 2.1
(playoffs) 1960-61 37.0 23.0 2.0
(playoffs) 1961-62 35.0 26.6 3.1
(playoffs) 1963-64 34.7 25.2 3.3

Elgin Baylor:

(playoffs) 1959-60 33.4 14.1 3.4
(playoffs) 1960-61 38.1 15.3 4.6
(playoffs) 1961-62 38.6 17.7 3.6
(playoffs) 1962-63 32.6 13.6 4.5

Oscar Robertson:

(playoffs) 1962-63 31.8 13.0 9.0

Bob McAdoo

(playoffs) 1973-74 31.7 13.7 1.5
(playoffs) 1974-75 37.4 13.4 1.4

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
(playoffs) 1969-70 35.2 16.8 4.1
(playoffs) 1973-74 32.2 15.8 4.9
(playoffs) 1976-77 34.6 17.7 4.1
(playoffs) 1979-80 31.9 12.1 3.1

Shaquille O'Neal
(playoffs) 1997-98 30.5 10.2 2.9
(playoffs) 1999-00 30.7 15.4 3.1
(playoffs) 2000-01 30.4 15.4 3.2

Allen Iverson
(playoffs) 2004-05 31.2 2.2 10.0

Lebron James
(playoffs) 2011-12 30.5 9.7 5.3

There's probably more, and these are entire playoffs. I did not single out finals series which would likely add a few more names still... such as MJ, nor did I include guys who were borderline/"almost" averaging 30 points or 10 rebounds/assists per game like what Lebron is doing because technically he isn't even quite averaging 10 boards per game. His statline is impressive but it isn't GOAT. Sry Pauk.

Throw in 2 more rings on a three-peat, maybe another MVP (optional), and continue to cement his legacy by destroying milestones for the rest of his career and yeah, Lebron would end up really high on people's list.

Let's up the ante...

Name the players who have had a 30-20 playoff run...

And how many times...

Hell, how many times has a player had a 30-20 series?

You mean the modern era, where a 6-9 white guy wins a rebounding title; a 6-11 white guy wins a blocked shot title; and a 38 year old white guy wins the apg title?

Reminds me of the 50's with Mikan and Cousy.
