LOL Says the Nets fan. If the Suns are a mediocre franchise when they at least have 4th highest all time winning percentage at 56%, what does that make the Nets with their pathetic losing record of 44%, 25th worst in the league right there with the Clippers, Raptors, Grizzlies, Bobcats etc?

Wow that's a big change. I hope they stick with the purple and orange though. Not every team can use black.

Not that is nice looking (from what is posted above), unlike the Nets' court.

It appears so...
No purple in sight anywhere on that court.

I had only seen the first photo showing just midcourt and was undecided, but after seeing more, I kind of like it.
I read somewhere that new jerseys are coming probably in the next year or two. As of now, they've already done their photoshoots with the old jerseys on, so I doubt they'd change so quickly.

Re: [PIC] New Suns court is in the works. New jerseys to follow?
How this turned to a Suns vs. Nets thread I will never know.
But both teams make an interesting study in rebuilding. Nets putting all their eggs in one basket and seeing it blow up in their face twice. They do have a nice team right now albeit at the cost of three losing seasons (and the draft picks), and some bloated contracts.
The Suns in the meantime decided to rebuild quietly, opting to get players that nobody else wanted. (Dragic, Scola, Beasley). Since they didn't really blow up the team, they can't really be helped much by their draft position, but still got a good player out of it.

I found that interesting as well. I wonder if that will be phased out like Raptors did.

Where my announcement!

Court looks nice but I hope Suns leaves the purple in their colorway.

Not sure why the Suns would change just because Nash left. Players come and go but teams stay a lot longer. I guess the Suns want to announce to the world that they are moving on without Nash.

With Nash Gone, it only makes sense to change the uniforms as well.
Notice the BLACK outline of the court:
Also, I've just noticed that it still reads SUNS from both sides!! That's a nice touch.
Based on this pic the letters look like the old Rockets letters

On the very 1st photo there is still a colour to go on outside the suns name where there are tape outlines, purple could go in there, or I guess it could be black. I hope they keep the purp tho.
