Why do people consider LeBron joining a 47 win team and 33 win team as 'collusion'?
Is LeBron the only player in NBA History that gets criticized for:
- Joining a 47 win team that lost in the 1st round
- Joining a 33 win lottery team that may have been the least talented team in the league
If what LeBron did was collusion, then basically any player leaving to join another team is "collusion".

Joined two top 5 players in 2010
Joined a team in 2014 that drafted #1 overall the last 3 out of 4 years

Funny how one of those "top 5" players didn't even make an All-NBA team and missed the playoffs in the East

And the other one flamed out embarrassingly in the 1st round
So technically neither of them were Top 5
LeBron joined a run of the mill 47 win team

Bron teamed up with a top MVP candidate and an All star power forward in a barren conference in an attempt to ring chase in his prime ... the sooner you come to terms with that OP, the better you will feel.

vs. the Celtics
Wade: 33/6/7 on 56%
LeBron: 27/9/7 on 45%

Most people won't respond to this post. Which pretty much kills the thread title.
Time for a new season, boys.

If the conference was barren, then why was the top MVP candidate constantly losing in the 1st round until LeBron joined him?
Caught in a catch-22 huh, tpols baby-boy?
Either you have to admit the conference was tough, or the 'MVP candidate' Bron joined wasn't that good since he was losing in the 1st round in a shit conference

Wade was coming off back to back 1st team all-NBA and top 2 PER seasons. He was a consensus top 3 player.
Also, a team's record the previous year is irrelevant when you add 2 all-stars. If you added 2 all-stars to a 10 win team, they'd be a playoff team. If you started a team from scratch with prime Lebron, Wade, and Bosh, they'd be title contenders.
Regardless, it wasn't collusion. It was free agency, the key word being "free". A free agent can sign with any team they choose and any players they choose to play with.
