Don't be flip floppin', chico
Better than not having ANY all-star teammates like MJ until 1990
whereas lebron had 2 all-star teammates, and numerous former all-stars (Jamison and shaq were all-stars in 09')
Again, It's unfortunate that people compare mj's low seeds from 85-89' to lebron's high seeds from 06-10' that included all-star teammates - its clear that MJ's low seeds compare more to lebron's 9 seeds in 04' and 05'..

Rookie Jordan and 3rd year Jordan had Orlando Woolridge and his 23ppg and his 20ppg those years. Both easily better than last minute substitute Williams' 17ppg. That means by your standards, Woolridge was an All-Star both years.
We're talking '09, right? So why bring up Jamison and Shaq who weren't even on the Cavs in '09?

It's in the post that you quoted. Kobe's team matched up better on the defensive end. They had Artest's elite defense for example. The Lakers had more size to match with the Magic's perimeter spacers. It wasn't Kobe alone that held the Magic offense in check and far below its regular season level. The Lakers had several defenders who matched up better against the Magic. That's the difference in the two series.

You are right. Got to own it if I get something wrong. Overall point still stands though. Lakers matched up better defensively.

The Magic were a matchup nightmare for the Cavs. The best player can lose to a better team depending on the matchup. I was so hype when they lost.

Lol @ Artest's defense in L.A. being referred to as "elite".

Know what MJ never did? That's right, he never lost with home court advantage.
Nah, he just got butt fucked in the first round multiple times and then Isaiah made him his bitch.

How do you lose with a 66-win team to Dwight Howard...
