How is it not? Horrible rotations, overplaying Kobe now in hopes of him bailing the team out for a win. No ball movement on offense. You can expect them to give up a bucket every time the opponent has the ball, defenders can only stop guys by fouling them...

Obviously the talent is not that great and he has limited options, but this is not working at the moment. He needs to stop playing Hill and Boozer together. They can't secure a defensive rebound. Gave up at least three 3rd chance opportunities tonight.
