How the hell do you cancel monthly International League Pass?

The only thing I have found is this email nbasupport@neulion.com, but they haven't answered for three days already. Straight up bullshit.

NBA League Pass Broadband (US version) you can cancel yourself.. for ILP there's no such thing. This is ridiculous.

Always the way. They make it so easy to sign up, but when you want to cancel oh no we don't want you doing that.

I went through the same thing, I didnt want the yearly renewed so i cancelled it. They automatically set me up for monthly and charged me for no reason..

I emailed them a few times, and same result as OP, no response. So i went to the help section and they have a live chat online support, its only on certain times of the day, and told them straight out to cancel the whole account and to reimburse me the funds and they did it straight away...

They dont seem to give a shit about the emails, just give a computer generated response..

That's what I found, too. That chat says available, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. According the to available times, we are within the time frame.

Or maybe it's my computer. I have a bunch of ****** blocking stuff.
