Default Greatest passer in the 30k points club.....

He was the primary playmaker/point guard on 5 championship teams. Led all 5 teams in assists. It can be argued he is one of the greatest PG of all time that just happened to score a lot. Best scoring PG for sure.

Lebron's assist does not equate to winning. I like to call them a wasted effort. He helps and assist during the regular season but does not assist his teammates in winning championship. Empty.

Give me Kobe and MJ's lower assist totals that equate to 5 and 6 championships versus 2. Efficient by Lebron but not dominant in the sense of Kobe and MJ that have fewer assists but more championships.

This is one last thing I am going to say about Shaq because this thread is about the greatest passer in the 30k club.

Not knowing what we know and just by looking at this picture. It is safe to say Shaq was a career journeyman no?

Top 5 all time and if anyone puts him below #8, they are smoking meth and crack at the same time.

    you said it mah dude
what's strange is that Kobe's first three rings are downgraded as 'side kick' rings by his detractors. how is it that Kobe is ranked higher all time than Shaq then?

Why are you trying to pass Baby Davis' pics as Shaq's?

Kobe is the most punished player of all time.

Kobe wins a ring with Shaq and it doesn't count.

Duncan wins a ring as a sidekick and he jumps 3-5 places on the all time list.

The best OFFENSIVE PLAYERS of all time to me are the guys who are great scorers AND great passers flat out. Guys like Lebron, Big O, and Magic are great passers who are also great scorers. Then u have MJ and Kobe who are great scorers but also great passers. And of course u have Bird and he was so well balanced as a SF-PF that u could argue either way. Bird wasn't the primary ball handler like the other guys. But he was ALWAYS the best passer on his teams, however he was always pretty much a SF-PF. While the guys like Big O, Magic, Bron, MJ, and Kobe played in the backcourt or an all court point forward (meaning bringing up the rock, pushing the fast break, being the actual primary ball handler).

I would leave Lebron out of this. He is a drive and dish guy and the other guys you mentioned make something out of nothing.

A simple YT search will bring up countless videos of those guys you mentioned who made crazy passes and Lebron doesn't have the flare to be compared to the guys you mentioned. He is efficient as a passer but has no dominant creativity or flare.
