Has anyone else notice the change recently by ABC? Mike Breen is no longer with Mark Jackson and Van Gundy. He is now paired with Hubie Brown which has me thinking is this the number 1 broadcast team now?
Or has someone else replaced Mike Breen has the lead play by play announcer on ABC? I mean the fact that they are both calling the heat/cavs game has me thinking that Breen/Hubie maybe the top team now which would be great since would be able to listen to Hubie in the NBA Finals for the first time.
Wonder what lead to the change

Marv Albert is doing the boxing and might have got promoted. Breen is a carbon copy of Marv.

Jackson got him demoted, that slug.
Breen is a noted Atheist, when Jackson found out he basically did the exact thing he did in San Fran and demanded conversion. When Breen said no Jackson said either Breen goes or he goes, ESPN obviously stuck by a Christian.

Clearly Breen hasn't been demoted because he's still calling the marquee game of the night.
Really enjoying Breen + Hubie reunited though, they're both great. Hubie is his liveliest with Breen or Torico.
And JVG paired with whoever else makes them more interesting too. Win win.
Finally don't mind watching an ESPN game.
