Warriors forward David Lee was back on the floor Friday against the Lakers, albeit in a different role than he is used to after a seven-game absence with nerve irritation in his hamstring.

Lee played 25 minutes off the bench, just his second appearance as a reserve all season. He 10 points in 25 minutes, but was clearly rusty, shooting just 4 of 12 from the field. He added 10 rebounds and a pair of assists and steals, in a 112-95 win.

Lee has seen a bit of a smaller role this season with the Warriors, averaging just 33.3 minutes per game in his 67 appearances. In spite of that, he is still putting together another strong season, averaging 18.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game
