I seriously wonder what's so special about this guy that they give his brother a roster spot just to make him happy. I could maybe see them doing that for Melo, and even that would be inappropriate. You don't expect much from the 15th guy but at the same time you don't give the spot to someone for whom you don't have any hope whatsoever.
