One pick + the option to swap picks next year (Cle also owns Miamis) so its essentially moving up a handful of spots next year along with this years pick.

no, we have the option to switch our 2013 maimi pick with the lakers 2013 first round pick.... so we are practically getting the lakers first round pick next year dumbass.
