    Default Dunk Ideas

What's up ISH fam. It's been a minute. In the near future I could be competing in dunk contests or making YouTube videos and I thought it'd be a fun idea to crowdsource dunk ideas from ISH and work on them to see if I can add them to my repertoire.

If you comment with an idea for a dunk that I'll reasonably be able to do, I'll record it and then post it ITT.

Nice clips, man. I remember the backyard footage. Glad to see you're still going strong.

I got small hands so windmills are probably my most difficult one, but I'll work on that and post a video when I get it down.

Appreciate it homie. 20. I never did any training to be honest, I've just jumped all of my life... so it's a combination of natural ability and consistently jumping during practice, after practice, at home, while working out, just all the time for like 6 years.

If anyone wants to, follow my Instagram @peter_dunks

Made it a few weeks ago to see if anyone would give a shit, broke 1k followers in 2 weeks. A few days ago I actually hit a reverse between the legs from behind the basket, I've been working pretty hard on improving and I'm progressing way more quickly than I ever thought I would.

My favorite dunk is still the eastbay and it is even better if there is a creative variation too it....
If you are trying to increase your vertical even more you should check out a jump training program, I know guys that have a 40+" because of these jump training programs.
I can leave a review to an article about a program that I personally done https://basketballmentality.com/vert-shock-review/ I'm dunking on at least two people when I step on the court now. I know you jump high but this can take you to the next level.

If you want dunk ideas just look up Jordan Kilganon, the guy is pretty dang creative even though at times his dunks border on kinda dumb. My favorite one of his is the scorpion dunk which actually looks pretty sick when executed.

Interestingly enough the guy made a jump program to help others get the same hops he's got, but too bad the program fell flat. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, here is an example of a jump program).
