We gonna act like Tom Holland wasn't the GOAT on screen Spiderman?

This Spidey was the closest to comic book Spiderman thus far

It had a different ending than the Civil War comic book ending. Unless you're telling me it isn't over and it will continue in another movie

I did enjoy the movie though. When's the next one? In 3 weeks? See y'all there

Once Spiderman showed up, I would have been happy if they just abandoned the entire story and continued on with Spiderman.

Not only was Tom Holland fantastic. The Spiderman fight scenes were easily the best ones as well.

I didnt really know much about the movie so spiderman and antman were complete surprises to me. I liked it better that way.

Not a bad movie to be honest...I'm usually not a fan of superhero movies but this wasn't bad.

Agree with the comments about the one liners though. It gets old really fast.

Too many poor one liners, great action, Spiderman stuff was the best.. everybody's favorite.

Bit surprised by the 8.5 on Imdb and 91% on Rotten Tomatoes though.. probably a 7-8-8.0 movie for me.

    It was okay

The story was unbalanced, but the payoff was quite intense. In the end it kind of feels like a disappointment. Yes the payoff was great, but they didn't take any risks with it, or evolve it into something much more. They could have used the other soldiers in a better form, that would have provided the final conflict (obviously before the reveal part)

But then again, after all, this is a marvel movie. As safe and predictable as it gets. It has the grit and intensity half the time, and the Disney bubblebath kiddy moments the other half.

I rate it on par with BvS, simply because BvS although not as textbook smooth, took risks and asked the big questions... Something you'd never see in a Marvel movie.

It also had a different beginning and middle. I liked the movie better than the comic personally. The comic was a sprawling mess and made Iron Man look like a villain.

The movie was good. Certainly the best Marvel movie since Winter Soldier and Guardians came out. Black Panther was freaking sweet. Nothing in the movie seemed illogical like in Age of Ultron or Batman Vs Superman. By the end of the movie I didn't really end up on either side. I felt Cap was right, but you feel so bad for Tony you can certainly understand his actions.

So I think the movie handled it's cast of like 16+ main characters better than any large event movie to date. I understood every characters motivations and point of view. The action was probably Marvel's best to date, and the scenes were clear and understandable. I think Russo Brothers have shown they have what it takes to handle Infinity War.

    While completely different movies...

Batman vs. Superman > Cap Vs. Iron

    I gave BvS a 9.6

    I give this a 9.5

the movie had a few problems... but again, very minor.

However, the fact remains... Batman vs. Superman is still the king of all comic
    book movies.

Top 3 Marvel film, Spiderman and Antman felt super out of place but their scenes were still pretty great. Black Panther was my favorite part of the movie, can't wait for his standalone.

    Dude.... at this point...

all that really matters is Doctor Strange.

Doctor Strange is going to put Marvel on a whole new level.

The trailer looks like it's on same level as The Matrix.

2016 Best Comic Book Movies (prediction):

    1. Doctor Strange
    2. BvS (9.6)
    3. Suicide Squad
    4. Civil War (9.5)
    5. X-men
