Beating Finals teams is more impressive than beating ECF teams.

    So keep dreaming when you think Jordan might not win successive ECF's in a weak conference after team-hopping to a squad with good talent.

    that's what happens when you average 36/7/8 in the 1991-1993 Finals.

    that's the most dominance the NBA has ever seen, which left no more challenges for Jordan - no challenges is death to a competitor like Jordan, so he retired - he knew future stars like Lebron wouldn't be able to match even 1 three-peat, let alone 2.

    he was too good for the league

    Jordan didn't have the stamina for more than 3 in a row.

    LeBron = 2X MJ

    (Yes, this is a dumb thing to say; but with OP you need to fight fire with fire)

    There were Finals played that Jordan didn't play in cause he chose to quit the league and not try. Therefore he didn't play in 6 straight.

    If he had no more challenges, then why comeback after quitting the first time? What made the challenge harder when he cameback? Fresher legs and better teammates, as other opposing veterans just put 2 more seasons on their bodies?

    That was the challenge?

    oh I forgot.....was it the challenge of coming back with 17 games left in the season to try to win a ring in the worst possible way of doing so??

    Such a thought-provoking question...

    Give me some time to think about it, and I'll get back to you OP.

    Jordan lost in the 1995 Eastern Conference Semifinals

    He never reached 6 straight Finals ... he won 3 straight Finals twice

    MJ lost:
