They're not talking about them because that team no longer exists.

Rounds 2 and 3 were very good wins. Finals were slightly underwhelming due to injuries but still good.

Overall very good but not great. A chip a chip doe stay mad y'all

    Nah it's not that memorable.

But then again, plenty of rings aren't very memorable so it's par for the course.

It's memorable because Canada won it's first NBA title, obviously the Raptors had the whole country behind them and that's something no other NBA team could say really. The EC Playoff run was a memorable watch but the injuries in the Finals ruined a perfect story.

As far as Finals go though, the 2016 Cavs, 2013 Heat, 2011 Mavs and 2010 Lakers had much more memorable title wins. 2016 and 2013 had unbeliveable comeback stories, 2011 is the unforgettable Lebron choke, 2010 the classic Lakers-Celtics rivalry and Kobe coming back from down 2-3 was great as well.

agreed everyone. was a BIG TIME win for a big time franchise.

if they still did championship VHS collections of the entire playoff run I would buy that FOR SURE.

Unbiased fans had more fun with this playoffs than in a long time. Only the first round was very bad, the rest of the playoffs was great, culminating the dethroning of the Warriors and the crowing of a new King (Kawhi).
    That first happened in 2016

I don't agree that it was weak at all, their eastern conference run was amazing and very entertaining basketball. Must see TV.

It sucks that Durant was hurt...had he been healthy, AND the Raptors pulled off a win, it would have been the best playoffs run we've seen in the past 2 decades imo. But even without that matchup, this playoff run ranks up there as one of the better ones we've seen in a while. Again, you can't just base it off of the finals....their Eastern conference run was great.

ANDDDD, let's not act like the Warriors lost Durant just before the finals...they made it that far without Durant playing a single game in the conference finals. They won 2 games in the finals without Durant, that Warriors team was still nothing to laugh at.

I agree with OP, the ring was unexpected and not won by a golden boy of the league.

yes the the wins against the bucks and Philly weren't weak at all but I was just talking about the finals. Toronto was a great team but let's be honest. If warriors had kd and Klay there's no way in hell raps were winning. As far as the finals go historically, I can't remember the last time a team lost there best player who also happened to be the best player in the league.

    Injuries.

Sixers series was absolutely epic, although it crushed my heart and sent me into a deep depression, out of which I have yet to climb. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN US MAYN

But no, really. Had they beaten the dubs at full strength, it would have been memorable. Instead it was a dud.
