How did MJ become such a creative finisher? It isn't just about his hang time or his hands (though they do play a factor) because Kyrie is an all-time great finisher because he knows how to play the glass.

But MJ finishes at the rim as if he knew beforehand how the defender(s) would react.

    10th in what ranking?

Also eFG gives more prudence to 3 point field goals.

    Yes it's a combination of 2s and 3s. He ranks 10th

If you remove FMVPs, MJ doesn't even make top 10

No it's not bad considering the fact that he won 6 rings and averaged the most points of all time with no finals losses.

    Top 10 scorer

Not bad for the Jordan Standard

Or do total points matter now?

I'm going off of averages, not totals. Jordan does not have the most playoff points, but he has the highest ppg average.

    Read and react.

MJ was perhaps the best ever at doing this.

Bird was great but didn't have the same athleticism to capitalize like MJ did.

MJ made a career of beating double teams and defenders simply by reading the defence and reacting. The examples are endless to try to post.

Moving without the ball made him an even more dangerous player to guard. Again, perhaps the GOAT at off the ball.

It's a thing of beauty to watch. It's like watching the first several seasons of GoT. Kobe is season 5-7. Lebron is like watching Season 8.
