    The tournament is hosted by Mexico, and takes place in Mexico City. It begins on August 31, 2015, and lasts until September 12, 2015.

    It takes place at the Palacio de los Deportes Arena in Mexico City, Mexico (capacity: 22,000):




    The teams that finish in the first two places (excluding Brazil, as they host the 2016 Olympics) will qualify for the 2016 Olympics.

    If Brazil finishes in first place, then the second place and third place teams will qualify for the 2016 Olympics.

    If Brazil finishes in second place, then the first and third place teams will qualify for the 2016 Olympics.

    Almost all the teams aren't going with full strength so it makes hard to do predictions. Canada took their best team but they're too young, in 2020 they'll be a real good team.

    Yeah but, according to the trolls in the forum, all the other teams beside Canada are "playing with their full rosters and all their best players".........

    Third place team might qualify for olympics, but if you finish third in eurobasket u don't qualify

    Highlights are at FIBA's YouTube channel.

    You can watch full game replays at ESPN3 if you get it.

    They should also be uploaded to YouTube eventually.

    Canada's "vastly superior NBA players" got schooled in what FIBA basketball is like. Real FIBA basketball anyway. Not those friendly games they were playing.

    And elimination games are way more intense than that.

    Canada is absolutely no threat at all to any of the top European teams. They are the most over hyped national team of all time. All this "Canada is the 2nd best national team in the world" talk is ridiculous.

    Canada got both good and bad news. Canada lost today, but Scola will play of a Canadian pro team.
