Default What are your resting heart rates?

Just measured mine a couple days into conditioning for MTB season, after a few measurements it fluctuates between 49-52bpm gonna see how much (if at all) it drops by late July at the peak of the season

I've always had a low RHR yet I don't always have good stamina (I don't know if I could do a sub 7 minute mile at this moment to be honest ), so I'm not sure having a lower or higher RHR relative to others is all that important, as long as your're within healthy range and can compete with others in sports w/o getting fatigued or run like you mentioned you've probably got nothing to be concerned about.

Slow heart rate and low stamina, maybe you have a heart block. A pacemaker maybe in your future.

Serious advice, maybe worth getting that checked out. While heart rate can decrease with increasing fitness, I think people in general are too nonchalant about bradycardia compared to tachycardia. Could be nothing to worry about, but wouldn't hurt to get examined.

I'll bring it up next time I go to my doctor but I'm pretty sure it's just because I'm active, 27 and athletic, and I remember when I had a wisdom tooth pulled about 5 years ago they told me my resting heart rate at that time was 50bpm so it's always been in that range. Had check ups and all that my whole life, never had any doctor tell me they detected a problem thus far.

i played a lot of sports in high school and college, and during that time my resting rate was at an all time low. but o still do A LOT of cardio to this day, which is why my HR remains pretty low.
