    I knew he had cancer, but I wasn't aware of how bad it was. This is a shame.

    A truely great coach.

    Man. That was really out of the blue for me. This was just a month or two after he was diagnosed, right? Sad to see him go. Had a neighbor who also died of pancreatic cancer. Nearly everyone in the village was there. But anyway, cheers to Coach Chuck and his work. Hope you're enjoying up there.

    he only missed the plyoffs twice in his nba career, his first season and his next to last season.

    they all were (except phil jackson game 2 and 3 of the utah series, don't know why not) as were all of the media guys from nbatv/tnt/espn and probably beyond that as well, my question is do they stop wearing it now that he's dead?
