Also, it should always be noted that Richardson is playing in the AFC North. When you are playing the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals as nearly half of your regular season games, huge rushing days are hard to come by.
Eh, Cincy has the 17th ranked rushing defense and Baltimore is at #26.
Quote:
In our last two divisional games, Richardson has had 136 yards against Baltimore and 112 yards and a TD against the Steelers today.
Baltimore is 24th in total defense. He had 85 rushing yards on 28 carries for a paltry 2.9 ypc against the Steelers.

The Redskins have played two AFC North teams this season... Morris had 78 yards and a TD against Cincinnati and 59 yards against the Steelers.
We got down early against both teams, so he didn't get a lot of carries in those games (he had 4.6 ypc and 4.5 ypc against those teams). Morris did rush for 113 yards against Tampa's top ranked rushing defense being 1 of the 2 guys so far to rush for over 100 yards against them (Peterson being the other).
Congrats Skin fans, so far the trade was worth it. Raider fans, on the other hand...
Thank u good sir. Tried to tell u turkeys it would work out.
Why are we comparing the Browns to the Skins ?? That was only interesting around April. Both teams infused a bunch of talented youth on their roster and owe their fans success in the near future.
Point is that RB's are a dime in a dozen... No reason to waste a #3 overall pick on a RB when you can't pick someone up in the 3rd or 4th round who'll give the same production.
Honestly, who would have made a better # 3 pick in last year's draft besides Richardson? He's only a rookie and already playing like a seasoned vet. In the few Browns games I've seen this kid is the real deal.

The players selected after him haven't been anything exceptional so that does help his case. I still would've took a chance on Kalil or even Tannehill though.
How is it a bold statement right now? Morris is doing better and it's like he has some sort of great OL to run behind. Maybe Richardson will have the career (if you're looking past this year then I'd probably go with him), but for now this season, I'd go with Morris. Seems like Richardson is getting more love just because he was one of the top picks out of Alabama while Morris was a late round pick out of Florida Atlantic (and because of what RBs have done under Shanny in the past). He's impressed me a good deal, but the naysayers want to bring him down...
Our top 2 receivers have missed most of our games, and our offense has been about as bad as Cleveland's has over the past couple years (until this year of course).
Not to say that Morris isn't a very talented back, but it's pretty clear that he benefits some from playing with a mobile QB who can stretch the field both horizontally and vertically.
At all the Redskin fans who sound like they're talking about Redskins success coming in the near future. You're still in one of the best divisions in football. You know Philly's coming back hard after that disappointment. The Redskins are still gonna be dead last in the division.
