Default Teams in the EuroChallenge(3rd tier of inter-euro competition) are still pretty good

I'm guessing if baskstball works like soccer and the top roughly 2-4 teams in the bigger domestic leagues and the best teams in the smaller leagues play in the Euroleague, the highest league Than roughly the 5-8 teams in the best domestic leagues play against the 2-4 teams in medium leagues and the best teams from even smaller leagues play in the second tier, and so on.

Both these teams play in the 3rd tier and are much better than I'd expect, if they competed in the Ncaa i would hazard a guess that both could be ranked just outside the top 40ish teams.

    Two even better teams. https://youtube.com/watch?v=4mBnNwWqCYo

I wish they could play exhibition games with top 25 ncaa d1 teams from the US
