No Dynasty Celtics today. Wilt with a quality and reasonably healthy roster would get it done plenty of times.

As CavsFan pointed out, Chamberlain had a 34-33 game in which the game recap credited him with "at least 20 blocks." And of course, Wilt has a KNOWN 22-25-21 game.
Given that Wilt has had games with estimated blocks in the 30's, I suspect that he probably had at least several more 20-20-20 games.
And he narrowly missed a 20-20-20 game in his second to last game of the '68 season, when he scored 22 points, grabbed 21 rebounds, and handed out 19 assists (oh, and he had an estimated 15 blocked shots, as well.)

How about QUAD-TRIPLE games?
Aside from Wilt, there have been a total of NINE 40-30 games in NBA history.
Wilt? 73.

Agreed. Chamberlain was outgunned in healthy talent in virtually all of his playoff "failures." And he seldom played on teams with deep rosters, either....which really killed his teams when he had injured teammates.
The only two questionable years in the 11 in which he did not win a ring in the post-season, were '66 and '69. And the reality was, his '66 team was still not the best (nor deepest) team in the league...and then they fell completely apart in the EDF's, shooting an unfathomable .352 without Wilt's .509. And his '69 team had no depth, a coach who had no clue, and a Baylor who suddenly couldn't hit the ocean from a lifeboat.

Wilt was a great player who lacked heart. Cared more about his stats than winning championships.

Pollack had Wilt with a game in which he lost count after 25.
Chamberlain also had three nationally televised games with 28, 25, and 23 blocked shots, the last of which SI RECORDED every one. So his 23 block game is a KNOWN game...which would certainly beat the "official" record, held by Elmore Smith in '74, of 17.

I don't think it was just his teammates. Seems like his production dropped in the playoffs and finals as well. Why would he play the game differently than he did in the RS? Was it fatigue? More intensity in the playoffs?

This has been covered many times, but the reality was, MJ's scoring and efficiency took a noticeble hit in his three straight playoff series against the Bad Boys from '88 to '90. Shaq's fell considerably against the Robinson Spurs from '99 thru '03. And Kareem's nose-dived in his five playoff series against Thurmond and Wilt from '71 thru '73.
How come?
And yet Wilt gets ripped when he faced the greatest dynasty, and arguably the greatest defensive teams, as well as the greatest defensive center...in EIGHT playoff series. And keep in mind that he met them in either his first, or second round, in SEVEN of them. On top of that, he battled Thurmond in three more (just ask KAJ about Nate's defense...whom he shot .447 against from '69-70 thru '72-73 in their H2H's.)
In fact, a prime Wilt (before shredding his knee early on in the 69-70 season) battled Russell and Thurmond in 61 of his 98 playoff games, or over 60%! Had a prime MJ faced the equivalent of the '89 Pistons, or Shaq the equal of the '02 Spurs, or Kareem the equal of the '72 combo of Thurmond and Wilt.... in 60% of their playoff games, and their numbers (and likely their rings) would have taken some huge hits.
